Yesterday I talked about the brilliance behind Las Vegas’ world-famous tagline.

Well, Helsinki called and they want that trophy back!

Because the Nordic capital city proved why it’s, as its own words suggest, a badass!

Winter isn’t a great time to go to Helsinki, but that doesn’t stop people from traveling there during the biting cold season. 

The banner ad below shows how Helsinki understands the value of making people feel that they’re a segment of one. 

A segment of one is a segment that has only one prospect in it.

The best brands message in a way that makes you feel like:

  1. They’re talking directly to you
  2. There’s no one else they’re talking to
  3. You’re likely to be served as royalty

Takeaway

Making your prospects and customers feel like they belong to a segment of one makes them develop feelings for your brand. All other marketing seems filtered.
