Our best salesman

Our best salesman is not even our employee!

We got the chance to work with Michael Lukaszewski a few years ago.

While we were blessed to serve him and his organization, we also benefited by learning much in the process. 

But all that grows dim in the light of how many clients Michael has helped us get via his immediate referrals. 

When he was our client, he referred us to four other people in his network and three of them became our clients. 

After he stopped working with us, he continued to refer us to others and one of them signed us up for a 6-figure deal.

I still catch up with him at least once a quarter because I haven’t seen anyone as focused on client retention as he is, and I continue to learn from his posts on LinkedIn. 

Michael has been our best salesman even though I never asked him to do so.

Segment and evaluate prospects for good clients that you’ll enjoy collaborating with.
