I got this email and I clicked on it because the subject line said that my order is on its way.

They got me!

Because I hadn’t ordered this wrist watch!

I was just scrolling through my inbox quickly (and maybe even a bit mindlessly) when I saw that subject line, and yes, I clicked on it to see the update for my ‘order’.

They got me once, but they’ll never get me again. And importantly, I’ll never buy from them.

This principle challenges me to write valuable manna daily for our blog subscribers.
