I sign up for multiple credit cards every year to maximize miles, points, and bonuses.
A few months ago, I signed up for the Chase Ink credit card.
Within a month of using it, I got another letter from Chase in the mail, as shown in the image below.
I was being invited to sign up for the same credit card that I had just opened with Chase that very month!
This happens so often.
I connected with a CEO recently and mailed him about a meeting place to catch up for lunch.
He replied with a location, and the next day onward I’d started receiving his company’s blog in my inbox.
When we lose sight of marketing, every email address looks like a candidate to enter into our email marketing sequence.
When we lose sight of service, every customer looks like a candidate to be asked to buy the same thing again, while he/she is still using it.
When we lose sight of wisdom, everything looks like nails and all we have is a hammer.
