I signed up for a payroll service that I wouldn’t recommend, even to my worst enemy.
The sign-up process only took 2 minutes.
However, when I tried calling the company after encountering issues with the software, I was stuck waiting on call for hours on end.
When I finally got through after 4 hours of waiting, I was told to send them a fax detailing the issue.
Yes, you heard that right – a fax.
“I don’t have a fax.” I said.
I also asked them if they knew who else had a fax, apart from them!
The only other option was to write an actual letter and mail it in, but there would be no guarantee of receipt.
Even sending a fax message could take 30 days to get a response.
