Wow wine!

Jesus’ first miracle was turning water into wine at the Cana wedding.

As a follower of Jesus, I want to run the clock back from wine to water this week and share multiple lessons while on that journey. 

Beginning with wine today, I’ll be covering great stories from other beverage brands like Pepsi, Coca Cola, Sprite, etc. over this week before finally wrapping it all up with water on Friday!

I have attended multiple neuromarketing conferences where the draw of the day is always the A/B tests around the promotion of wine brands.

Sure, there are many wine connoisseurs who know their wine like the back of their hands. 

But, the remaining 99.99% of people fall for the biggest weapon that every wine bottle comes with – words on the wine label that wow!

These wine labels are evidence that great copywriters exist in the world today. 

While reading the label, their words transport you to Bordeaux in France, where you can hear the crushing of the grapes, smell the vino in the air, and sense the taste on your buds. 

All that happens even if you are in the liquor section at the back of a Kroger store in Frisco, TX!

You pay to enjoy the wine, because somebody first paid a copywriter so that you can enjoy those words that wow.
